All documentation was completed via e-mail and electronic signature, so we were able to get things done efficiently without either of us missing work to run around signing things. 3) Fool-Proofed Process: We knew absolutely nothing about this process and were terrified by it. Adam made it feel easy. In his initial meeting with us, he gave us an overview of the entire process. Then as we got to each milestone, he reminded us of what was happening, why, and helped us navigate it. We knew ahead of time what would happen next, why, how, etc. It really helped soothe our anxiety and enjoy this experience. He explained everything thoroughly, but in simple terms that we could understand. We really appreciated him spelling everything out for us. 4) Communication: Adam was available via phone call, text, and email. He was immediately responsive every time we reached out to him. While I know Adam has several clients, we truly felt that we always had his full attention and were his priority because of how communicative he was. He also did a great job of communicating with our lender, inspector, and with escrow. "
