Bobby Martins:                  Alright! So, we're going to get started with this Facebook live. As many of you know, a few weeks ago, I switched over to EXP Realty. I was the first mega-agent in Southern California to switch over to this brand; to recognize that this brand is something special and is going to grow. Since then, others are joining in, which is fantastic. The more, the merrier. We welcome everyone to the EXP family.

                                                Today, I wanted to just announce what we're doing as a group. Basically, with the way this new system is coming in, we're getting rid of broker-owners and we're getting rid of the brick-and-mortar offices. And so, as agents, we can come together and have agent-ownership. And so, we all own in the company and so everyone here are going to be part of the founding group of this group and we're inviting others to join us.

                                                We will be doing some other events coming up. Not this Thursday, but next Thursday, we'll be doing an event in the afternoon, so look for some information about that coming up real soon. And then, we're also doing another event, on March 8th. The CEO of this company is going to fly in, and he's going to talk about EXP and share his vision for this company. We also have Mitch Ryebeck will also be coming in and joining us. He's going to be talking about why he switched his very large brokerage in Florida to this brand. That's going to be a really great thing for us as well. And then, we've got Toby Selgado is going to be coming in. He's got the number 1 real estate show on iTunes podcast. It's going to be a really great event. It's going to be Thursday, March 8th. It's going to start at 10:00. Be on the lookout for some invitations to that. It's an invite only.

                                                We want the very best real estate agents in San Diego to join our company. This is something we are really obsessed about. We're going to bring relationships back to this business; not only with our clients because this is a relationship business, but also for other agents. If you're tired of agents treating agents bad, then you'll love what we're going to do with this group, because we want to really treat agents the way they deserve to be treated. We want to help them grow their businesses in a way that is a business that you want to own. And this is something that we are really, really passionate about.

                                                Without further ado, I want to introduce some of the other members that are joining EXP today. And I could not be prouder. My man, Scott Ryan. I've known this guy for a long, long time. He's one of the best agents in San Diego with Coldwell Banker brand. One of the biggest agents for them. Scott, tell us why you're joining EXP.

Scott Ryan:                         Well, first, Hello Facebook Live. I'm super proud and excited to be a part of this opportunity. When I was first brought the opportunity with EXP, I really had to think through it, but once I saw the technology they offer, the additional agent-ownership with the stock and the passive income opportunities; just above and beyond selling real estate as an agent. I've been a great agent all these years and I've been able to work at great brokerages like Coldwell Banker and for great team owners as well, but I've never really had any stake in anything, and it was a lot of wash, rinse and repeat.

                                                I was selling a lot of real estate, doing very well, but I'm at the age now, where I'm thinking to myself, "what is the next step? How can I create additional opportunities to have an exit strategy at some point". And I think that's what EXP brings to the table. It's completely different. I think it's one of the newest and greatest models out there. And, as an agent, as a top leasing agent, selling luxury real estate in Mahoja market. I also sell a lot of real estate in Scripps Ranch where I live. For me, this is just one advantage that I can bring to my clients, and amongst my peers, I mean, we all do a ton of business. I've built a pretty steady career in San Diego by being nice and doing deals with other agents. And I think a lot of agents have gotten away from that. Too many agents let their egos get in the way of doing transactions. What Bobby, myself and the other people in this room are trying to create is a synergy to bring back the relationship status amongst your peers, the respect amongst your peers, so that we can all have ownership in something great here at EXP. At the same time, create opportunities for yourself and just do better transactions.

Bobby Martins:                 Awesome

Scott Ryan:                         I'm super excited and can't wait for the next steps.

Bobby Martins:                 Awesome. Awesome. Well, this guy doesn't need any introduction right here, Mr. Jonathon Mann, who's a broker-owner and he's seeing a lot of value in switching his brokerage over to EXP. So, tell us a little about yourself Jonathon.

Jonathan Mann:               Thanks, Bobby. I'm really stoked to be here as well. I've worked successfully with Bobby over the years and Scott Ryan. It's exciting for me to be able to just kind of become a part of their team. A part of the team with other agents that are going to be coming on board with EXP. We're going to be able to do so much more for our clients, our sellers, our buyers, by giving them more personalized service because we're going to be focused on them. We're going to have so much more support from all of these top producers throughout the county and really what I've found is what Scotty said, and Bobby. Treating agents good. We all need to be looking out for each other so we can provide better service for our clients. That's what I'm about. I'm folding my company right into this. It was a really weird thing to contemplate when this came across my email, and at the end of the day, I'm like, the best thing I can do for any of the agents that I want to be helping out and for my clients is to join this amazing group of people. So, stoked to be here.

Bobby Martins:                 Thank you Jonathon. We're stoked to have you.

                                                Courtney Cameron. Super star rockstar that was in the same office that I was in and could not be happier to have her and her husband Chris, who is an amazing human being. Definitely real excited to have you both. So, tell us a little about yourselves and why you joined EXP.

Courtney:                            I'm a second generation San Diego realtor. I've been 15 years in the business. He's recently been brought on from another career. And our ultimate goal is to basically pass on a legacy to our children. To be more secure and with a passive income, the retirement benefits from that, but also to take control over our business and do things on our terms and to do it the way that I envision it. I've been with several different brokerages over the years. Nothing quite felt right. I never really quite felt like I was at home. But, with this, I can create that. I can create exactly what I want to do. There's nobody really kind of saying "no, you can't do that, you can't do that". It's so agent-centric, I can do what I want to do and really just grow. And that's all I want to do. Do you have anything?

Chris:                                     No, I'm good. Gives us the opportunity to work under a large umbrella with many different teams.

Courtney:                            And a lot of support.

Chris:                                     Definitely a lot of support. Amazing agents that have years and years of history and knowledge that we can all learn from continually. If you're not learning, then you might as well just get out of the business because you should always be learning.

Mike Penny:                      Hey, what's up guys! My name is Michael Penny. I'm actually really excited to be a part of EXP. I'm coming here from 10 years of real estate marketing. A millennial that understands what our next generation of buyers are looking for and I know how to attract those individuals. More importantly, I'm with a brokerage now that will provide me with the opportunity to actually break down those barriers, so I can go outside of that brick-and-mortar business and actually go state to state, have that transparency with other agents throughout the United States. I'm really excited to be a part of this group. It's my commitment to the buyers, the sellers and all the clients that I work with to treat them as this is almost like a firm in a way, to take this as a profession. I'm a full time realtor and I'm excited to take my business to the next level and I think that the foundation with EXP is going to be the providing attribute to give me that opportunity, that platform to take me to that next level, so I'm really excited to take the opportunity.

Mike Penny:                      Thank you.

Bobby Martins:                 So, let's bring up Adam Wolf over here. So, Adam's been a rockstar on my team. So, when I brought this to you, you were one of the first people I brought this to. I showed it to you and you completely validated it in a second. You were like "Bobby, I see exactly what you are seeing". And that really got me even more excited.

Adam Wolf:                        Looking at it and diving into it, because it really was a "Hey Adam, can you dive into this and see what you think?" I looked at the technology and really tried to understand how they built their platform to run a successful cloud based brokerage to support agents all over the country and all over North America. And that's where I really saw the value of what this company did cause they did it better than I've ever seen, ever could've imagined. And what they've built for their agents to come in and thrive in this industry and pass along that amazing experience to the clients is really something that no one else in the industry has done. And I don't know if anybody else can. And they've just gone so far above and beyond with that technology that it's going to be a game changer. That's it.

Bobby Martins:                 Yep, absolutely. Well, welcome Adam.

Bobby Martins:                 You are a newer agent on the team and you've been working with me and so, tell us why you put your faith in us and had that Jerry McGuire moment and you grabbed the goldfish.

Tricia Elliot:                          I grabbed Bobby's goldfish.

Bobby Martins:                 If you haven't seen the movie, you have to watch the movie. So tell us some of the things that went on in your head and why you decided to take a plunge and trust us, cause it is a lot of trust. You're cutting the cord from that broker-owner. They make you feel like you need them so bad, but in 17 years of real estate, I didn't sell one house from a broker-owner, or brokerage, giving me leads. Every single house that I sold, I brought that to the table. Everyone in this room brought that business to the table, so that's why I encourage you, if you are working for a brokerage, let's really look at this model, because this is a game changer model. So, Tricia.

Tricia Elliot:                          Well, for me, seriously, I am thrilled to be in the room with all these wonderful people. There's a lot of opportunity here. I just feel very privileged and know that I needed a lot of support. As a newer agent, that's important to me, and being on Bobby's team, he's already showed me that in just 3 short months. I didn't feel like I could not stick with Bobby. So, here I am, to try it out and I'm just really excited as I learn more and more every day. I wasn't as in depth as these guys honestly. I called Adam and was like "Is there any reason why I shouldn't sign this paperwork?" And he's like, "No, you're going to be fine." So, I'm just happy to have the support and some of the things we've been talking about in this group get me more excited and I can't wait to share it with all of you as well.

Bobby Martins:                 Awesome. Thank you. Thank you. Alright, so again, we're going to be doing some events. You're going to be seeing some invites either by phone or by email, look on Facebook. Our first one that we're going to be doing is March 1st and that will be kind of like a happy hour late afternoon. The information will follow on that.

                                                And then again, on March 8th, you're going to want to mark your calendar for this because again, the CEO is going to be coming out and so, it'll be a great opportunity, if you have questions about EXP to come to that event, but don't wait until then.                                                 EXP is all about experience. We want to create a great experience for the agents, for the clients. This business is fun and somehow realtors have lost a little bit of that zest of having fun and creating great experiences for clients and for other agents. And so, we want to bring all of that back. That old school mentality of treating people and relationships. That is important in real estate and that will beat technology any day of the week. Don't get me wrong, we have more tech than we know what to do with. That's something that I really love about this platform. I'm going to be saving about $80,000 a year in expenses by switching over to this platform. Just think about that for a second. What could you do with 80,000 extra dollars every single year? I did that and I'm still growing my team. So, I'm not retracting. I'm actually growing a team here. And so, this is a very exciting time for real estate, make no bones about it, this is disrupting real estate at the bones.

                                                There's a battle of models right now. Agent-ownership against broker-owners who want to kind of keep you down. And so, we want to work with those broker-owners because the broker-owners that we've shown this model to, they love it. And so, this is something that can work for broker-owners and be a big advantage to them.
