Ideal candidates are as follows:

1. Realtor who doesn't like chasing clients but loves the behind the scenes of Real Estate. I will be doing all lead generation and conversion.

2. A seasoned transaction coordinator that is looking to grow in Real Estate with taking on more challenges with listing management and marketing.

3. Marketing background who is also licensed and enjoys managing escrows.

Qualifications & duties may include but are not limited to:

* Real Estate LICENSE with industry experience is a MUST!
* EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR with full knowledge of disclosure forms, compiling a Broker’s file & compliance w/ RESPA rules
* PROFICIENCY with NEWEST Paragon MLS system, CAR Winforms, Top Producer,    Sentrilock, Microsoft office and general computer skills.
* Marketing Coordination for Listings - MLS input, Flyers, Ads, Photos (must be able to write descriptive, catchy ads)
* Customer-Service Oriented: friendly, articulate, patient yet ASSERTIVE. We
are all about creating raving fan service. If you don't love giving good
service, need not apply!!
* Must be organized, SELF-DIRECTED, resourceful, detail oriented & RELIABLE.
* Database management using CRM.
* Able to take a list of tasks, and prioritize according to importance.
You will be responsible for managing listings, Files, and managing our teams
