Bobby has lived in San Diego since his family moved west from Boston, Massachusettes in 1984. He has lived in communities all over San Diego: East County, North County, the beaches, and everywhere in between. He knows this city very well! He married Sheryl in 2002, making her vow that she would never ask him to move away from San Diego. She happily agreed and they had their first child, Gavin, in May 2006.
Bobby is not your typical real estate agent. From the very beginning, he set out to become a master in his field by earning multiple designations and certificates including: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Internet Advanced Marketing (EPRO), Quality Service Certified (QSC), and Resort & Recreation Specialist (RRS). With an abundance of education and years of experience under his belt, he made the leap from Real Estate Salesperson to Broker. Bobby prides himself on having extremely high standards of ethics and he has an uncanny ability to help his clients feel comfortable with the buying and selling process. He is professional, caring, honest, and experienced- exactly the kind of person you want to represent you on a property sale or purchase.
Sheryl is a native Californian who moved from Sacramento to San Diego in 1997 to complete her Bachelor's
Degree at San Diego State University. She proudly served the San Diego community as an educator,
then joined Bobby in the field of real estate. Sheryl and Bobby decided to showcase their strengths
as a team with Bobby as the frontman for sales and Sheryl managing the administrative and marketing
sides of the business. This has proven to be a winning combination as the team continues to gain
success year after year.
Stephanie is the "Assistant Extraordinaire!" She joined the team in May 2007 when business boomed to a point that
Bobby and Sheryl realized they could use a helping hand. Stephanie moved back to San Diego to join the
Martins Team after living in Northern, California for 9 months. She brought 9 years of real estate
experience to the table, in addition to some very impressive computer and administrative skills.
She has proved to be invaluable to the growth of the Martins Team business.
