That's a great question!  You'll notice with the changing market that the number of Real Estate Agents to choose from has greatly decreased in the last 2 years and is continuing to decrease. That's because there was a huge influx of agents when the Real Estate Market was hot and Buying or Selling homes was so easy.  Now that loan programs are more strict, buyers are more picky and sellers are keeping their homes on the market longer, many of the fair-weather agents have dropped out, leaving the veteran agents and more experienced agents like myself.
